Unlike traditional volume home builders with a series of preset designs and display homes, we build every home customised to your needs from the ground up.
No matter the style, size, character or location of your build, we will do what it takes to give you exactly what you want. We offer a personalised interior design service and ongoing communication throughout so you remain in control at all times.
We specialise in traditional double-brick construction, which is the most preferred method used when building a new home in Perth. All our homes are built on a 100mm ground slab, unlike many builders that use thinner concrete slabs. You will also get the option of a tiled or tin roof and a choice of finishes. All new homes come with six-year Home Indemnity Insurance and a 12-month maintenance period. They also feature the latest in electrical and security features, including NBN readiness.

Lucas will visit your site and talk through what you’re thinking of building.

You’ll meet with a designer (yours or ours) to go over the home design and finer details like fittings and finishes.

Approval Process
Together, we obtain all the necessary approvals, ready for construction.

Build Commences
Once all approvals are received, Patterson Construction can take care of all components of construction from demolition through to landscaping. We’ll update you every step of the way.

Handover
Congratulations, your home is ready! You get the keys to your new home and can start moving in.
